Before your first visit
A few helpful answers before you submit your request or stop by for the first time.
Do you accept new patients?
Yes — we are actively welcoming new patients. Dogs and cats of all ages. Simply submit the appointment request form or give us a call and we’ll get you scheduled.
How long will my appointment take?
Wellness exams typically take 30–45 minutes. We schedule with breathing room so your visit never feels rushed. Sick visits may vary depending on what we find.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and check. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not currently offer payment plans but can provide itemized estimates in advance.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations so we can offer the slot to another patient in need. After two no-shows a deposit may be required to book future appointments.
Do you see exotic animals or birds?
We specialize in dogs and cats. For exotic animals, rabbits, birds, or reptiles we recommend contacting a specialist. We’re happy to provide a referral if needed.
Can I stay with my pet during the exam?
Absolutely — we encourage it. You know your pet best and we want you present for the exam and discussion. Our rooms are designed to be comfortable for owners too.
